Continuous ECG monitoring for a long period, usually 24 or 48 hours during normal physical activity.

During this test:
- The monitor is placed in a belt that is attached to your body so that it does not alter the performance of the monitor.
- Electrodes (soft gel conductive patches) are placed on the chest after cleaning for better conduction of electric signal. In some cases, you will need to shave the area to improve contact and avoid interference.
- The device is placed in a belt that is attached to your body so that it doesn’t alter the performance of the monitor.
- You will be asked to keep a diary of your activities and symptoms, to determine if there is any relationship between them and the study findings.
- You will not be able to bathe during the study.
- You will be shown the time the device will be removed. It is important that you are at the right time for your study to be reviewed and technically recorded satisfactorily.
- The Cardio Care specialist cardiologist will observe the records and make the respective diagnosis
